KILDARE COURT: Made a threat to burn mother and child in mobile home

The ex-partner of a woman threatened to burn her and their young child in a mobile home.

The women made the allegation during a family law hearing at Naas District Court, which the ex-partner did not attend. Neither was he represented.

She was seeking protection. She also alleged that he "waits at the top of the lane” and he has texted her family.

Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter to September 2.
