The death has occurred of Teresa Kealy (née Cranny) Athy, Kildare / Ballylinan, Laois.

Teresa Kealy (née Cranny) late of Enfield, London and formerly Ballylinan and Athy, passed away suddenly in the loving care of the staff of St. Theresas Care Home, Bush Hill Park, London.

Predeceased by her husband Sean and deeply regretted by her daughters Maria (Mitchell), Margaret, Michele and her son John.

Grandchildren John, David, Lucy, Victoria and Harriet. Great grandchildren Zachary, Matilda, Joshua, India, Hudson and Finley,h nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives, extended family and friends.

Teresa's Requiem Mass in London will be held at the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. George, Enfield, on 29th January at 12 noon, the funeral mass may be viewed by clicking: https://www.catholicenfield.org/live-stream/, followed by repatriation from London to Athy.

Teresa will repose at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mt. Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX80) on Wednesday, 5th February 2025, from 2.30pm until removal at 4.30pm to St. Ann's Church, Ballylinan, Co.Laois for reception prayers at 5pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday, February 6 at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a Hanam dilis.

House strictly private. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow.

The death has occurred of Patrick Joseph Freeman, Leixlip, Kildare / Aghamore, Mayo.

FREEMAN, Patrick Joseph (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Aghamore, Co. Mayo) January 25th 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved husband of Mary, much-loved father of Patrick, Siobhán, Clodagh, Fergus and Gráinne and brother of Chris, Mai and the late Tom.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Tuesday evening (January 28) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning (January 29th) to Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.

Ret’d private transport Clark Barracks, The Curragh. January 25 2025. Peacefully at his home. Sadly missed by his loving wife Peggy, sons & daughters Mary, Martha, Yvonne & Laurence, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, Anne & Phil, brothers Tony, Peter & Nicky, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives & friends.

Beloved husband of Mary, dear father of Brendan, Cathal and the late David and a devoted grandfather of Dylan.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, grandson, daughter-in-law Ana, brother Michael, sister Patricia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Anthony (Tony) McEvoy, Lahinch, County Clare and formerly of Athy, County Kildare (late of Gilbey's), 25th January 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his family, predeceased by his infant daughter Catherine and his brothers Dick and Jim, beloved husband of Barbara (née) Smyth and loving father of Patrick and James, adored grandad to Kitty, Betty and Sadie, loving brother to Ann, Joe and Catherine.

Will be deeply missed by his family, daughter-in-law Regina, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, former colleagues and wide circle of friends,

Reposing at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Lahinch this Monday the 27th of January 2025 from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Lahinch on Tuesday the 28th of January 2025 at 1:30pm followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 4pm.
