Kildare County Council has granted planning permission (on January 22 2025) to Annalough Homes Limited for the €1.7m construction of six homes in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services, the homes, at Carrig Glen, Calverstown, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare will consist of the construction of four four-bed semi-detached dwellings and two three-bed semi-detached dwellings.
This is in place of three five-bed detached dwellings previously granted under planning reference 21-478.
The works include all ancillary internal access roads, infrastructure, and all associated site and development works and services.
