Gavin Anthony passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, January 16, 2025
Tributes have poured in following the sudden passing of Gavin Anthony of Belan Avenue, Moone, Kildare on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
Friends, family, acquaintances and teachers from second and third level education, paid tribute to Gavin on his rip.ie page.
One person wrote: "My heart goes out to you all. Gavin will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. May Gavin rest in peace"

Another said: "RIP Gavin , you were a lovely, kind and happy young man"
Another person wrote: "Incredibly sad to see a young man with a lot of passion and potential gone far too soon, my condolences to all of his family and friends."
Gavin's former teacher said: "My heart was broken to hear of the untimely passing of Gavin. I had the pleasure of teaching Gavin for two years and always enjoyed his kind, funny and quirky personality.
"He always had a kind word and helpful hand for everyone and this is what made him such a loved and valued member of his class in Moone. He will be forever missed by all those who knew him."
Staff at Maynooth University said: "Deepest condolences to all the Anthony and Weldon families on your very sad loss, from the School of Law and Criminology at Maynooth University.
"We are all very sorry to hear of your loss. Wishing you solace and sympathy at this very difficult time."
Gavin is predeceased by his Mother Valerie, sister Sìnead, grandparents Stephen and Kathleen Weldon, Tommy Anthony and uncle Declan. He is deeply regretted by his Dad Paul, brother Kevin, sisters Siobhan, Shona and Erin and their partners, Grandmother Shelia, brother-in-law Brian, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Gavin's funeral took place on Monday January 20, 2025.
