Irish Kildare-based pop-rock band Picture This have announced a special collaboration with Europe’s leading photo printing specialist CEWE (see-wee) that will see fans of the award-winning band access to exclusive customisable merchandise.

On Christmas morning, Picture This fans who attended either of the band’s two nights at the INEC Killarney, woke up to find an extra gift in their stockings – an opportunity to download and print a customisable poster of the band.

The CEWE and Picture This collaboration – the first of its kind in the music industry – will also give all Picture This fans an opportunity to enter a specially commissioned photo competition that the four band members will judge in this year.

Having made their breakthrough in 2015, Picture This are one of Ireland’s most acclaimed pop rock bands with a string of chart hits including 'Get on My Love', 'Addicted to You' and 'Take My Hand'. They are an accomplished live act and last year’s 'Parked Car Conversations' tour featured sold-out shows across Europe.

"We’re thrilled to team up with Picture This who, as their name suggests, share our love of pictures and photos!", said Steve Manfield, Marketing Director of CEWE Ireland.

"It’s a really cool partnership for us and we can’t wait to show fans of Picture This how CEWE can enhance their experience of the band.

"We believe this is the first ever collaboration between a pop-rock group and a photo printing specialist like ourselves at CEWE," Mr Manfield said.

"Our team has designed an exclusive tour poster that only fans who attended the recent concerts can access – sorry to fans who didn’t make it! Once fans receive the exclusive link all they need to do is add their photos to the poster on the website – it’s that easy!"

CEWE 'bringing bands and concerts to life'

While the exclusive Picture This content announced on Christmas Day is only for those who attended the band’s two nights at the INEC Killarney, the photo competition planned for this year will be open to all fans of the band.

"Today’s announcement marks the beginning of a great partnership with Picture This and we have some truly exciting plans for next year including a fan photo competition that will be judged by the band members themselves – but we’ll have more to share on that soon!" concluded Mr. Manfield.

The competition will be run by CEWE, whose annual CEWE Photo Award is the world’s biggest photography competition.

Fans of the band will be able to enter their favourite Picture This fan experience photo, with the best entries to be displayed in Dublin later this year and a host of exclusive prizes.

"Photography is such an important part of our band image and it’s a way for us to connect with our fans," said Ryan Hennessy, lead singer with Picture This.

"Live concert photos really capture the energy of our music and give people a tangible connection that lives on after the moment.

"We’re delighted to have partnered with CEWE to give our fans access to exclusive tour memorabilia," Ryan added.

"It’s an exciting partnership for us and together we’ll have lots more surprises in store this year."
