Saturday's very attractive senior football challenge between Kildare and Galway at Cedral St Conleht's Park, Newbridge, has been brought forward and will now throw-in at 6 pm.
The game is a fund-raiser for the senior footballers while also the first inter-county game at the re-developed stadium.
U16s are admitted free on the day and young boys and girls are encouraged to bring their football and participate in half-time and after-match activity on the pitch while also meeting and greeting with the players and the management after the final whistle.
Throw-in: Saturday 4 January, 6 pm.
