Healthcare suites and other facilities have been given the green light in Portarlington.
Planning permission was granted for the project on Canal Road by Laois County Council on December 5.
Approval was given for changing the design and location of a three storey office building.
The building will be converted into a two storey building consisting of healthcare/consultation suites and retail units.
The plans include an additional entrance and parking spaces.
The estimated contstruction value of the project is over €200,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
