The case was heard in front of Judge Desmond Zaidan on Thursday, July 25 last.

In his place, defending solicitor Seamus Boyle represented him.

The Director of Public Prosecutions indicated for the case to be dealt via summary disposal.

Gardaí told the court that on a date in 2023, in the morning time, Mr Boyle's client allegedly 'used a sheet of paper to run up the side' of a woman's leg in a Kildare shop.
