Kildare County Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of a new housing development to be called Barrack Close at Woodstock Street, Athy.
The new development comprises the construction of three houses and two apartments, as well as the refurbishment of an existing house.
The brief includes constructing new footpaths, parking and landscaping.
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders.
The estimated value of the contract is over €1.6m.
