Naas Courthouse
A young man threatened his grandfather, it was claimed at Naas District Court.
The man was being prosecuted for breaching a protection order on April 23 last.
Garda Christopher McDonagh told of arresting the defendant.
The garda said he had no objection to bail being granted subject to certain conditions such as he stay away from a given address and use alternative addresses as well as being contactable at all times.
Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the matter to July 18. He advised the man that if he breached the order he could be remanded in custody.
