A popular food premises situated in Naas has submitted an application to Kildare County Council, with the intent to make some changes to its premises.
Swans on The Green Limited intends to make the changes to its premises on the Kilcullen Road.
The business is seeking planning permission for the construction of single-storey building, comprising of a seating area of 121.8 square metres, and a reduction from the previously granted two-storey seating area building with a gross floor area of 214.9sqm.
Swans on The Green Ltd is also seeking permission for: the retention of minor modifications to the floor plan and elevation of kitchen, toilet, store and fridge / freezer areas; the retention of the lobby area to the stairwell; and permission for all ancillary works.
The date received is listed as July 5 last.
The submission-by and due dates are listed as August 8 and August 29 respectively.
