A man aged in his 70s died at the scene of an incident at a railway station in Kildare.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the fatal incident on the railway line at Louisa Bridge Railway Station, Leixlip on Monday, July 1 at approximately 9.40pm.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána confirmed: "A male (70’s) was pronounced deceased at the scene.
"The coroner has been notified.
"Inquiries are ongoing."
