The Celbridge Leixlip Municipal District Committee today appointed Councillor Bernard Caldwell as Cathaoirleach and Councillor Rupert Heather as Leas Cathaoirleach of the Municipal District Committee, at their annual meeting which was held in Áras Chill Dara.
