A development of 14 new homes are being planned in Clane.
Kildare County Council has granted planning permission to Liffeybridge Homes Limited for the development at Capadoo.
A habitable dwelling (220sq.m) will be demolished to clear the site.

Also in the plans is a access road and public open spaces as well as landscaping and cycle parking.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €3m, according to Construction Information Services.
