Naas real estate agent, DNG Doyle, wins national award

Kildare estate agent DNG Doyle won the DNG Commercial Deal of the Year 2024 award at the DNG National Conference and Awards ceremony which took place at Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort in County Kildare on Friday, April 19.

The Conference and Awards ceremony was attended by more than 280 delegates from 82 DNG offices located across Ireland, with Pieta House as this year’s Charity Partner. A range of topics were discussed from the outlook on Ireland's Property Market to the newly launched DNG Country Homes and DNG Financial Services divisions. The DNG franchise business is celebrating its 20 year anniversary which complemented the events theme of ‘Building on Success’.  Attendees were treated to a special guest appearance from County Cork’s Anna Geary, an All Ireland Winning Captain, Radio & TV Broadcaster and now author of her recently released first book ‘Anna’s Game Plan’.

DNG Doyle was recognised for its work on the sale of the site at Ballymany Road, Newbridge, which is a prime ready-to-go residential development site with full planning permission for 204 new homes and creche with a guide price of €9.5m.

The judging panel included industry experts, Adrian Bushnell of Pan Research, Niamh Griffin of PTSB and world renowned estate agency trainer Richard Rawlings. Niamh Comber, Head of DNG Nationwide, praised DNG Doyle for its exceptional commercial transactions, demonstrating strategic business acumen.

DNG Doyle has operated in the greater Naas area for close to 20 years and in this time has established a reputation for achieving strong prices and delivering a highly regarded service within the auctioneering field.
