Changes sought for layout of equine business located in County Kildare industrial estate

Changes are being sought to change the layout of an equine business' building in Newbridge Industrial Estate.

Thoroughbred Remedies Ireland (TRI) Limited is seeking permission from Kildare County Council to make the changes to its building (Unit 18) in Newbridge Industrial Estate, which is located on the Athgarvan Road.

The application made by TRI Ltd, which also trades as TRM, shows that the proposed development would consist of the following works:

  • Retention of a single-storey loading bay with a gross floor area of 29 square meters and overall height of 4.9m to the side of an existing two-storey industrial warehouse
  • Planning permission for the extension with a gross floor area of 574 sq m and overall height of 9.7m to the rear and side of an existing industrial warehouse
  • Permission for a new boundary to northern boundary comprising of a 2m high palasade fence along with all associated site development and facilitating works

The date received is listed as March 27 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 30 and May 21 respectively.

According to the business information website Vision-Net.ie, TRI Ltd was established in February of 1986.
