Two new shops have been proposed for Celbridge.

According to a planning application currently with Kildare County Council, applicant Aidan Henry is seeking to construct the development at Callenders Mill in Celbridge.

The proposed development would consist of two single storey, retail shops, with a floor area for the two shops listed as 44 square meters, on a site comprised of 0.7 acres.

Permission is also being sought for an associated signage zone, a loading area, a service yard with entrance gates and 1800mm high walls and all associated site works.

The application notes that customer car parking exists on the site.

The date received is listed as March 6 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as April 9 and April 30 respectively.
