A new café has been approved for Newbridge.
Kildare County Council granted planning permission for the facility on Edward Street.
MU Partnership requested the change of use of an existing single-story retail unit for mixed use development as a coffee shop.
The café will have a takeaway facility and a a sit-down restaurant.
The plans include a new front door and front façade arrangement.
An external retractable canopy and external seating area removable wind screens are also in the designs.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €200,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
