Kildare-based country music singer Arlene Bailey is set to light up the stage in an unforgettable concert which will celebrate the artist's triumphant victory over Bipolar Disorder.

According to an organiser for the upcoming show: "Fans will be treated to an unforgettable evening of soul-stirring melodies and powerful lyrics that reflect the singer's personal journey.

"(This will be) a show full of fierce, beautiful, country-rock songs in which she sings about love, lust, loss and pain but also the joy and freedom she has found since her Bipolar diagnosis and journey back to an even keel."

They continued: "Having navigated the challenges of Bipolar Disorder with courage and resilience, Arlene has emerged as a beacon of hope and inspiration to fans around the world.

"Through her music, she has fearlessly tackled the stigma surrounding mental health, inviting listeners to find strength in vulnerability and embrace their unique stories.

"The upcoming concert represents a milestone in Arlene's career, as she shares her hard-won triumphs and poignant reflections with her devoted audience."

"This highly anticipated event is a testament to the power of music as a vehicle for healing, self-expression, and empowerment," the organiser concluded.

Arlene, who originally hails from Sallins but now lives in Athy, has a music career spanning two decades which has taken her all over Ireland, the UK, all over Europe, the Middle East, New York and Nashville.

The show will include songs from three successful albums including 'I Am Woman' which she recorded in Nashville to critical acclaim.

Arlene has also recently recorded a fundraising song for the charity Aware, which she plans to release to coincide with the Moat theatre gig on March 24 and the week of World Bipolar Day on March 30 as she will be working with Aware as a campaign ambassador.

See MoatTheatre.com for tickets to celebrate with Arlene as she shares her music, her story, and her triumph over adversity.

As Arlene poignantly puts it: "Country music is all about life experience — heartache, a story to be told... and I have one."

Arlene's concert in the Moat Theatre will take place on March 24.
