An apartment / duplex building has been proposed for a region located in Leixlip.
Liffeybridge Homes Limited has applied for planning permission from Kildare County Council in relation to the development, which is being planned for 'The Willows', Westfield, Greenlane in Leixlip.
Specifically, the company is seeking permission for the construction of a three storey apartment/duplex block, which would comprise of: two one-bed apartments, two two-bed apartments, two two-bed duplexes, and two three-bed duplexes.
The proposed development would replace the previous apartment/duplex block (Block A) granted under ABP-311140-21, Kildare county council Ref: 21/732.
In addition, permission is being sought for amendments to the site layout, along with all other ancillary site development works.
