Counselling services and a new office have been proposed for a building located in Newbridge.

An incompleted planning permission application lodged with Kildare County Council shows that Newbridge Business Centre Limited is seeking planning permission to implement the changes at Charlotte House (at the junction of Charlotte Street and Eyre Street) in Newbridge.

Specifically, the group is seeking permission for a change of use from an office, to counselling services and office use.

According to the application: "The counselling services use will be provided in addition to the existing Office use, in order provide flexibility for both Office and Counselling uses to operate.

"Charlotte House is listed on the Record of Protected Structures in the current Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029, under RPS No. B23-16."

The date received is listed as February 1 last.

The submission-by date is listed as March 6.

No due date is listed on the application.
