A Cancer Support Centre based in County Kildare will host a Pop Up Shop fundraiser next month.
The Little Way Cancer Support Centre will launch the shop at its premises, which is located at 2/3 The Village Centre in Clane.
There will be a drinks reception upon arrival.
The upcoming event aims to raise funds for providing free therapies to our clients diagnosed with cancer or undergoing cancer treatment.
Commenting on the event, a spokesperson for the group told the Leinster Leader: "We are seeking support in collecting unwanted and unloved brand new or nearly new clothing items, including day dresses, occasion dresses, summer outfits, suits, blouses, hats, nearly new shoes, accessories, and unused gift sets.
"These items will be given a second chance and provide joy to those in need."
The spokesperson also said: "We urge people to contribute to our cause by donating items in good condition, helping us create a fashion paradise for our clients and community.
"Let's make a difference together and support a worthy cause," the spokesperson concluded.
Drop-off locations are at 2/3 The Village Centre, Clane, W91 CP03, from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The last date for donations is Monday, February 12, 2024.
The launch of the Pop Up Shop will take place at 6pm on Thursday, February 15.
