A garda investigation has been launched following a burglary incident which took place at a North Kildare service station.
When asked about the incident by the Leinster Leader, a garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are investigating a burglary that occurred a t a services station on the Clane Road, Celbridge on January 4, 2024 at approximately 2am.
"Nothing was taken from the premises and no arrests have been made."
The spokesperson added that investigations are ongoing at present.
Elsewhere in County Kildare, gardaí are investigating a separate burglary incident which took place at a property located in Ballymore Eustace.
