KILDARE:  Aldi gets permission to expand Naas store

Aldi Ireland  is set to extend and upgrade its  store in Monread, Naas

The company was granted planning permission from Kildare County Council for its expanded 1,315 sqm store today. Five new permanent roles will be created in Naas once the extension works are completed.

The revamped 1,315 sqm store will be powered by green electricity. There will also be four new electric vehicle-charging points, two standard EV charging spaces and two accessible EV charging spaces along with 18 bike parking spaces. 

Colin Breslin of Aldi Ireland said: “We are particularly excited to provide our customers with a larger shopping area and an improved shopping experience. We are looking forward to the store revamp which is part our award-winning 'project fresh' store layout.”
