KILDARE: Motor vehicle showroom sought for Kilcullen

A motor vehicles showroom is being sought for a site in Kilcullen.

Bella Enterprises Ltd, which also trades as Dunlea's of Kilcullen, has lodged an application (which is in the pre-validation stage) with Kildare County Council in relation to the proposed development at the site to the North-East of 131 Brownstown Cottage, Naas Road, Kilcullen, County Kildare (R56 VN22).

The development would consist of the following: the construction of a new showroom for the sale of motor vehicles to include entrance lobby, display area, offices and ancillary accommodation, as well as workshops/service areas all at ground floor level; the construction of offices, parts storage and ancillary accommodation at first floor level, all measuring 2214 metres squared over both floors; and the provision of a new recessed vehicle entrance, totem signs and general signage.

Planning permission is also being sought for the provision of on-site parking for sale/display of vehicles and secure vehicle compound storage areas, and also for the connection to main foul sewer system.

Dunlea's of Kilcullen is also seeking permission for all associated site development and facilitating works.

The latest application also notes amended designs to previously approved planning application (reference 21/902) for this site.

The date received is listed as December 22.

There is no submission-by or due dates listed on the application at present.

According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Dunlea's of Kilcullen / Bella Enterprises Ltd was set up in 2005.

It specialises in the 'sale of motor vehicles' and has an address listed as Dunlea's of Kilcullen, Naas Road, Kilcullen, County Kildare (R56 HN60).
