KILDARE COURT: Husband is 'gone all day and on drugs'

There is increasing concern over the future of Naas Courthouse

A woman told Naas District Court that her husband is gone for long periods and she believes he is on drugs.

The woman was applying for court protection and she said he is controlling her.

She alleged to Judge Desmond Zaidan that she does the school runs and brings children to the doctor.

She also said that when she told him to leave, he struck her car with a suitcase.

Judge Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to April 22. He said he would ask the gardaí to serve the order on her husband.
