Naas Courthouse
A woman told a district court judge she was video recorded and voice recorded by her husband, who was not present in court.
The woman came to Naas District Court seeking protection under family law legislation.
She claimed that she is afraid because while he had left home, he was coming back unannounced and randomly day and night.
She said she had been video and voice recorded for six months adding “I don’t know why he is doing this.”
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to April 22.
