The workshop will take place in the Keadeen Hotel.
A workshop revolving around situational awareness and personal safety will take place in the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge.
According to organisers, the event will feature: discussion and roleplay-based teaching; awareness; avoidance; appropriate action; understanding triggers and inhibitors to violence; and personal safety tips and physical escape techniques that are simple to learn and effective in real life.
The workshop will also feature a question and answer session, and tea and coffee will be provided.
The cost of the workshop is €14.
