The hearing appeared before Judge Desmond Zaidan on Thursday, November 16 last, during an in-camera (in private) court session.

The defendant appeared via video-link, as he is currently remanded in custody, was accused of breaching a domestic violence protection order against his ex-partner.

He denied committing the offence.

The judge said that due to her absence, he would strike-out the case without prejudice.
