Man accused of intimidating a witness in Kildare court case

A man who appeared in Naas District Court on Thursday, November 16 has been accused of intimidating a witness in a court case.

The allegation relates to Tomasz Stalis, with an address given as Apartment 1, District Shopping Centre, Maryville, Kildare town.

Judge Desmond Zaidan was told by gardaí that the 35-year-old allegedly committed the offence at a property in County Kildare on January 17 last.

The defendant was also accused of having suspected cocaine and suspected cannabis for the purpose of sale or supply at Edward Street on February 8, 2021.

The estimated worth of the suspected cocaine and suspected cannabis were not specified.

Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the case to a date in April of 2024.

He remanded the accused on continuing bail until this date.
