Planning permission documents show that a change of use has been sought for a unit located in a Kildare-based enterprise centre.
The documents, which have been lodged with Kildare County Council, show that applicant Michael Murphy is seeking permission to make the changes to Unit 1 in the Kilbelin Enterprise Centre in Newbridge.
Mr Murphy is seeking permission for the retention of the combination of Units 1& 2 to a single unit, as well as the change of use of the combined units from industrial / warehousing to a wholesale / trade depot.
In addition, he is seeking permission for the retention of the alterations to the front and side elevations, along with all associated site development and facilitating works.
The date received on the application is listed as October 26 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as November 29 and December 20 respectively.
