RIP to the late Colette Callinan (née Foley), Briain Holmes and William (Bill) Corrigan.

The death has occurred of Colette Callinan (née Foley)

Graiguecullen, Carlow / Naas, Kildare / Graiguecullen, Laois.

Passed away peacefully in St James Hospital, Dublin, on Saturday, October 21.

Beloved wife of Frank, devoted Mother of Tara and Sarah, proud Grandmother to Éabha and Frankie.

Words cannot describe how much she will be missed.

The death has occurred of Briain Holmes

Abbey Terrace, Kildare Town, Kildare / Dublin / Meath.

Briain, beloved son of his broken hearted mother Faye Liscombe (neè Holmes), father Eamonn O’Connor and stepfather Barry Liscombe, his adored brother and sister Ben and Elora Liscombe. 

Much loved and sorrowfully missed by his grandmother Bernie Holmes-Kelly, all his aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, best friends, teachers and school peers alongside the wider community of Kildare town. 

Predeceased by his grandparents Beth and Peter O’Connor and Chris Kelly. 

Reposing at William Ryan & Sons Funeral Home, Church Street, Kilcock, (W23 XC90) on Thursday, October 26 from 4pm to 7pm.

A  Celebration of Briain's life will take place in The Temple at Newlands Cross on Friday at 1.30pm followed by his cremation.

No flowers please.

The death has occurred of William (Bill) Corrigan

"The Abbey", Kildalkey, Meath / Newbridge, Kildare.

Peacefully in his 93year, in the loving care of all the wonderful staff of Maynooth Community Care Centre.

Son of the late Peter and Mary, and brother of the late Paddy, Tom, Jim, John, Eugene, Bridie Shorthall, Mary Nolan, Josephene Watney, Eileen Maguire.

Sadly missed by his loving family his sisters Elizabeth Braul, Canada, Anne Payne, Ipswich, Margaret Heery , Collon, sister-in-law Bridie, Kildalkey, nieces. nephews, relatives and many friends.

Ar dheis Dé ar Raibh ar anam. 

Reposing at Mullen's Funeral Home, O'Growney St, Athboy (Eircode C15 KW58) this Wednesday from 4pm, with removal to St Dympna's Church, Kildalkey, arriving at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 O'clock followed by burial in St Dympna's Cemetery. 

The death has occurred of Laurence Desmond Doyle

Richardstown, Clane, Kildare / Dublin.

October 22, 2023, peacefully at Naas General Hospital surrounded by his loving family, beloved father of the late Thomas.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Norah, children Teresa, Thomas, Anne, Desmond, Jacqueline, Frances, Anthony, Gerard and Colette, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Teresa and Patricia, brother Tommy, extended family and friends.

Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane (W91 YPX4) on Wednesday from 4pm-8pm.

Removal from the Funeral Home on Thursday at approx. 10am to arrive at St Patrick and St Brigid's Church, Clane, for 10:30am funeral Mass, followed by burial in The Abbey Cemetery, Clane.

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Lily) O'Grady (née Doyle)

Longstone, Naas, Kildare / Drimnagh, Dublin 12, Dublin.

Sadly missed by her husband John, daughters Sharon and Janet, granddaughter Katie, grandson Alex, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her son-in-law Gavin (Murphy) and grandson John.

Funeral on Thursday morning (October 26) with Requiem Mass at 11am in The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Eadestown and afterwards to Eadestown Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Richard (Dick) Somers

Ballykelly, Monasterevin, Kildare / Bagenalstown, Carlow.

Richard died (Peacefully) in the loving care of the Staff of Oghill Nursing Home, beloved husband of the late Margaret and loving father of Angela, Brian, Eleanor and Dermot.

Deeply regretted by his children, daughters-in-law Fiona and Maggie, sons-in-law Seamus and Joe, grandchildren James, Andrew, Seàn, Àine, Sarah, Joe, Mark, Harry, Èamon, Ella and Nuala, sister Maura, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
