A DRIVER has been arrested for driving under the influence of drugs in North Kildare.
Gardaí were operating a speed checkpoint in North Kildare detected a car travelling at 104kph in a 50kph zone.
Visibility in the area was very poor in the area due to foggy weather conditions.
