NEWS BRIEF: Music for Medicine returns to Kildare town to raise money for Syrian refugees

A night of music in aid of Syrian refugees will be held in Kildare town next week.

Atlantic Humanitarian Relief - Music for Medicine Autumn Concert returns to Kildare town for 2023 next Friday.

The description for the event written by the organisers reads as follows: "Atlantic Humanitarian Relief (AHR) is proud to invite you to our Music for Medicine concert, a wonderful night of music in aid of Syrian refugees.

"Hosted in the historic St Brigid’s Cathedral Kildare, we welcome you to enjoy a captivating performance featuring the Gormanstown Choir, Dara and Consonance Quartets, Arthur Greene(Organ) and Elena Ryan (Viola).

"Alongside the concert there will be brief talks on the experiences of Syrian Refugees and AHR's October '23 Mission to Jordan."

The organisers concluded: "All are welcome and we hope to see you there."

Tickets for the event are €20, plus a €2.42 fee.
