Kildare judge re-iterates anti-drug views

Judge Desmond Zaidan.

A Naas District Court judge re-iterated his anti-drug legislation stance during a court session which took place on Thursday, September 28.

Judge Desmond Zaidan made the comments during a case involving a defendant with an addiction to illicit substances.

He added: "Talk about putting the cart before the horse. I’m saying all this for the next generation of Ireland."
