A sum of cash was taken from a premises located on Prosperous Main Street.
According to a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána: "Gardaí are investigating a burglary of a premises on the Main Street in Prosperous, County Kildare which occurred on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at around 10.40pm.
"No arrests have been made and investigations ongoing," the spokesperson added.
