The death has occurred of Kenneth Lawless

Newbridge, Kildare.

Formerly of Ballyfermot Road.

August 17, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff in ICU Tallaght Hospital.

Beloved husband of Josephine and loving brother of Aileen, Audrey, Martina, Deirdre, Jacinta and Joe, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbours and life-long friends The Wonderful’s.  

Special mention to his much loved nieces Kerrie-Ann, Caroline and Shauna, and his brother-in-law Paul for all their love and care, and Nando the dog.

Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Ballyfermot, on Monday afternoon, August 21, from 3pm to 5pm. 

The death has occurred of Oliver Hughes

Enfield, Meath / Clogherinkoe, Kildare.

August 17, 2023 and late of Clogherinkoe, County Kildare, suddenly after a short illness.

Loving husband and best friend of Sandra, adored father of Dylan.

Deeply regretted by his parents Thomas and Frances, his brothers Christopher, Edwin, Keith, Julian and their respective partners.

Also missed by his mother in law Ellen, sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Oliver will be reposing at his family home on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm.

Oliver's Funeral service will take place on Monday August 21 in Newlands Cross Crematorium at 12.30pm

The death has occurred of May Wilmot (née Sherlock)

Highfield Estate, Newbridge, Kildare.

August 19, 2023. 

Predeceased by her loving husband Mick, son Micko, brother and sisters Paddy, Margaret and Nora.

Sadly missed by her loving son Paul, daughters Maria and Fiona, and partners, grandchildren and great- grandchildren, brothers Andrew and John, sisters Eileen and June, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home from 4pm on Tuesday with prayers at 7pm. 

Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.15am to arrive at St Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for 11am Mass.

Funeral afterwards to St Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge.

The death has occurred of Helen Clynch (née Hickey)

Bolton View (Moone High Cross Inn), Moone, Kildare, R14 C678 / Ballydehob, Cork.

In the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Naas General Hospital on August 18, 2023.

Peacefully in the presence of her loving family.

Deeply regretted by her husband John, daughter Ekaterina, son William, also mother of the late John Patrick, grandchildren Lily, Tatiana, Amy and Ekaterina's partner Killian Deere, brothers Fr Patrick, Tom, Fr Liam, sister Maureen and the late Cait, brother in law Jimmy, sister in law Theresa, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours, in laws - and excellent carers.

Reposing at her residence from 4pm on Monday 21st with prayers at 8pm.

Removal on Tuesday morning to the Church of the most Blessed Trinity Moone for 11 o clock requiem Mass and burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Brendan Loughrey

Celbridge, Kildare / Broadford, Kildare.

August 18, 2023 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved husband of Mary and much-loved father of Alan, Brendan, Iris, Mark, Lisa and Kevin; sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren Karen, Ava, Adam, Ríona, David, Matthew, Jamie, Edith and Lily, son-in-law Roger, daughters-in-law Pamela, Christine, Norah and Sam, mother-in-law, sister, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May Brendan rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Monday evening (August 21) between 4pm and 7pm.

Removal on Tuesday morning (August 22) to St Mary’s Church, Broadford arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in Broadford Cemetery.
