Six new residential dwellings proposed for site in North Kildare

Six new residential dwellings have been proposed for a site in North Kildare, planning permission documents show.

An applicant by the name of Gerry Hallinan is seeking permission from Kildare County Council to construct the developemt at Halford House, Green Lane in Leixlip.

Specifically, Mr Hallinan intends to demolish the existing habitable house and replace it with a new residential development, comprising of six three-bedroom houses in one terrace block.

The dwellings would be three-stories in height, to include converted attic accommodation and will have single storey elements to the front of the six dwellings.

Planning permission is also being sought for: off street parking with 12 spaces to be provided to the front forecourt, connections to all services, and all associated site development works

The date received is listed as July 19 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as August 22 and September 12 respectively.
