The children created their very own Irish language version of the story based on the novel by Roald Dahl
There was great excitement in recent weeks in Gaelscoil Chill Dara when the enthusiastic children of Rang a Cúig with the help of their teacher Múinteoir Máire brought their version of Matilda to the stage in Gaelscoil Chill Dara as Gaeilge.
The children worked very hard to create and bring to the stage, their very own Irish language a version of the story based on the novel by Roald Dahl.

Múinteoir Máire stated that their work ethic, their enthusiasm, their energy and their talent was inspirational and the show was enjoyed by young and old at Gaelscoil Chill Dara.

The future is bright for these young Kildare actors, musicians, translators, sound technicians and stage managers.
Well done to all involved.
