KILDARE: Business signs are 'cluttering Naas paths and impeding pubic safety'

The proliferation of sandwich boards and swing signs is cluttering footpaths in Naas town centre and represent a hindrance to pubic safety.

That's according to local councillor Seamie Moore.

He's asked Kildare County Council for information on "the long awaited completion of a survey, to establish the number of sandwich boards, swing signs, private cones, ground level menu boards, novelty attractions, and domestic refuse bins that clutter the pavement."

He said people with mobility issues are adversely affected.
