Improve cycle facilities are needed in Sallins.
Cllr Carmel Kelly wants Kildare County Council to assess Sallins for the provision of bike racks or a bike park as a matter of priority, in the area around the Grand Canal.
The councillor is repeating a call by Cllr Bill Clear, made last year, for bike racks at appropriate locations in the town.
