Irish Dog Foods is based at the Naas Industrial Estate.

150 new jobs will be created by Irish Dog Foods, which is based in Naas.

The company is to invest around €20 million in the business, including in the construction of a new production facility at its  headquarters.

Commenting on the announcement, managing director Liam Queally said that the investment would enable the company 'to double our production capacity so we can continue to meet increasing demand for our products both domestically and internationally.'

It is understood that around 50 of these positions are now available for applications, and that these roles are focused on operations.

The remaining 100 jobs will focus on business development, finance, management, operations and marketing as the company looks to double its business.
