Duo allegedly turned up to property dressed in balaclavas, Kildare court told

Gardaí made the allegations at Naas District Court on Thursday, March 9.

Two men were spotted turning up to a property wearing balaclava.

That's according to gardaí who appeared at Naas District Court on Thursday, March 9.

Anthony Delaney, 26, and David Delaney, 45, both of Ballysax, The Curragh, were accused of trespassing on the property on February 11 last.

Gardaí alleged that they also spotted the duo knocking on the door of the property whilst donned in the balaclavas.

The case will return to court for June 1, which is when directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions is due.

Judge Desmond Zaidan remanded them both on continuing bail until this date.
