The case was heard at Naas District Court
A motorcyclist overtook an unmarked garda car, it was claimed at Naas District Court.
It was further alleged that the driver of the Honda model undertook traffic and was weaving in and out of traffic.
Constantin Balica, 26, whose address was given as 15 An Crois, Allenwood, was prosecuted for driving carelessly on September1 in a southbound direction at Newhall, Naas. Garda Bergin told the court the incident took place at around 4.12pm.
The matter was adjourned to September 13 by Judge Michele Finan.
