Sisters admit shoplifting offences in Kildare Village

Two sisters pleaded guilty at Naas District Court on Thursday, February 2, to shoplifting offences.

Bruna Arine Pereira and Michelle Arine Pereira, of 7 Findlater Apartments, Harbour Road, Howth, Dublin 13, County Dublin.

The two 32-year-old siblings admitted to stealing items from seven different stores from Kildare Village Retail Outlet on January 15 last.

In total, the duo stole €2,123.96 of goods.

Gardaí told presiding Judge Michele Finan that all items were recovered, and the two sisters had no previous convictions.

The judge ordered a probation report in relation to the two sisters due for June 1, and remarked to them: "It better be glowing."
