Planning permission for a three-storey, 266 square-metre building containing a crèche and four three-bedroom apartments has been submitted to Kildare County Council.
O' Flynn Construction Co. Limited is seeking to construct the development at Oldtown Woods, Shackleton Road and Oldtown Road, Oldtown in Celbridge.
The application marks a change of plan from that granted under planning Reg. No. ABP-303295-18.
The date received is listed as January 20 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as February 23 and March 16 respectively.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, O' Flynn Construction Co. Limited was established in 2015.
The company has an address listed as Beckett House, Barrack Square, Ballincollig, County Cork.
