Aidan Farrelly
Social Democrats candidate Aidan Farrelly was the main beneficiary when the result of the third count in Kildare North were released.
Peopel Before Profit's Leah Whelan's votes were distributed and Farrelly got most, bringing his vote tally to 8222, some 1300 votes short of the quota.
FF's James Lawless continues to lead the race, though he got only 11 transfers this time compared to the 587 which went to Farrelly.
Lawless and Farrelly are leading the face followed by Reada Cronin (SF) 6997, FF's Naoise O Cearuil (5901), and Joe Neville (FG) 5548.
