According to Construction Information Services (CIS), Kilcullen Community Childcare and Education Centre applied to Kildare County Council for planning permission 2660233 on March 4 2026.

The proposed development consists of:

Change of use of existing first floor storage area to proposed community dance studio including new fenestration to side (western) and rear (southern) elevations at first floor level with new entrance door to front (northern) elevation at ground floor level;
