Set Dance Ceili
Thanks to all who supported last weeks set dance ceili in the Jonathan Swift School. Approximately €1300 was raised for St. Brigid’s Hospice on the Curragh.
Camphill Community Grangebeg are seeking volunteers to help in the garden on Saturday June 30, if you can give a few hours please leave your name into Meitheal Coffee Shop during the week.

Ladies social morning
Ladies social morning in Rathsallagh Golf Club Monday and Wednesday 10.30-11.30am includes golf lesson and coffee afterwards. €15, no booking necessary
Curragh races in aid of KARE
An evening at the Races in aid of KARE will take place at the Curragh Races on Saturday, July 21.
Tickets are €15 and €10 from every ticket sold in advance goes to KARE to help them continue to do the wonderful work they carry out across Kildare, East Offaly and West Wicklow.
It’s a great opportunity for a relaxed and enjoyable day out while helping to support a wonderful local charity. Tickets can be bought on www.kare.ie or by calling 045 448700.
The children of the Jonathan Swift National School have participated in Bike Safety and Skills course during bike week.
The children have endeavoured to cycle to school in recent weeks despite the inclement weather ,especially COW (Cycle on Wednesdays)
The school received a grant from Wicklow County Council which facilitated the course.
Mr. Billy Timmins will present Cycling certificates and plaques to the children on Awards Day June 25.
This initiative will greatly help our application for a fourth green flagfor transport.
Tennis and golf
Since Easter the students of Jonathan Swift National School have been taking golf lessons from The Brendan McDaid golf school and Tennis lessons from the Jamie Stafford Tennis School.
Rathsallagh will host a revival of “The Pink Wigs” golf classic and BBQ in aid of school funds on Friday June 29. 4 Ball and BBQ bookings firstname.lastname@example.org
Golfing Summer Camps
Golf Summer Camps will take place in Rathsallagh Golf Club each Saturday from 2-3pm. This caters for 6-14 year olds. Price €10 includes range balls and chocolate bar. No booking, just come along.
Donard /Glen Daycare are now enrolling for ECCE free playschool year, Junior Playschool, full time and part time daycare. After school and breakfast club.

On June 29 Rathsallagh Golf Club are hosting a major fundraiser for the Jonathan Swift school. Please support this fun golf event followed by BBQ and music.

Used postage stamps
Please keep you used postage stamps for St Patrick’s Missions Kiltegan who can use them to fundraise. Used stamps can be dropped into the parish office anytime. Thanks to all who have donated stamps over the past years.

Bingo takes place in the Imaal Hall every Saturday night at 9pm. The funds raised by the Bingo goes towards the upkeep of the Imaal Hall and well worth supporting.
Library opening hours
Dunlavin library opening hours are as follows Tuesday 6.30pm to 8.30pm, Wednesday 3pm – 5pm and 6.30 –8.30pm, Friday 11am –1pm and 3pm to 5pm, Saturday 11am -1pm. Closed on the Saturdays of Bank Holiday weekends.
