The late Paddy Clarke
A Castletown, Leixlip, Co Kildare resident who passed this week has been fondly remembered as a 'gracious gentleman.'
Paddy Clarke – late of Strawberry Beds, Chapelizod, Dublin 20 – passed peacefully on December 4 last in the tender care of the staff of St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, surrounded by his loving family.
Paddy is deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife Margaret, children Barry, Alan, Louise, Damien and Patrick, daughters-in-law Celine, Christine, Pamela and Aoife, son-in-law Kevin, grandchildren Cian, Caoimhe, Síofra, James, Alex, Emily, Aideen, Sophie, Ruby, Seamus, Darragh and Éabha, brother Paul, sister Olive, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Paddy will be reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth, (W23V99E) on Monday (Dec. 8) from 5pm - 8pm, with evening prayers at 7pm.
The removal will take place from the Funeral Home on Tuesday (Dec. 9) at approx. 10:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady's Nativity, Leixlip for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium at approximately 1:30pm.

While another mourner wrote: “Sincere sympathy to Margaret and the Clarke Family sorry to hear the sad news of Paddy's passing. I always enjoyed our chats when we were both out walking. RIP Paddy.”
And another added: “To dear Barry, Celine, James, Emily, Aideen & all those in mourning, deepest condolences on the passing of Paddy. A huge loss to you all & we are thinking of you at this sad time. May Paddy Rest in Peace.”
